About this Position
What you´ll do
* Create and concept compelling content - tailored for our social platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook
* Monitor social trends, translate them into ideas that relate with our global audience and make them happen
* Collaborate on partnerships with other creators
* Monitor platform updates, and competitor activity to stay ahead of industry benchmarks
* Ideate, produce, and edit photo, video, and graphic content optimized for each platform
* Ensure all content highlights the latest trends and innovations in the hair and beauty space
* Create content that transports the messaging and look and feel of our brands
* Represent our brands as moderator in front of the camera (e.g. for Instagram live)
* Work with the marketing team to develop briefs that align with content goals
* Understand and communicate product benefits through content
* Provide feedback and collaborate with external agencies or partners for large-scale projects
What makes you a good fit
* Currently enrolled bachelor's student in marketing, communications or a related field
* Content creation or social media experience, ideally in the beauty or lifestyle sector
* Fluency English language, other languages are a plus
* Strong knowledge of social platforms, trends and best practices, with proven experience in creating content that drives engagement
* Passion for hair care and/or the professional stylist community, experience of working in the industry is a big plus
* Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or other editing platforms such as Canva and CapCut
* Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively across departments and be comfortable in front of a camera
* Creative thinker with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
* Availability as of August 2025 in Hamburg

We offer you an attractive salary between € 1050-2095 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
