Join Enovos Luxembourg's Data Office to help build a truly data‑driven company. As a Data Analyst, you'll turn cross‑system data into trustworthy products that power our ERP migration and enable analytics and help shape our new data platform.
Your tasks :
* You translate business questions into data products and shared, durable metrics for ERP migration and beyond.
* You build and maintain curated datasets and dashboards, and automate cleaning, validation, and reconciliation.
* You profile sources, quantify and close data-quality gaps at origin, and validate readiness with clear test plans.
* You apply analytics to surface trends and opportunities.
* You instrument tests, freshness checks, and alerts, publish owners, lineage, and definitions in the catalogue.
* You triage data incidents, quantify impact, and communicate recovery timelines.
* You coach domain teams on product-minded analytics (metrics, quality, catalogue, delivery) through short workshops, hands-on labs, peer-working, and working procedure.
* You partner with Business Analysts, Data Stewards, Data Engineers, and the Data Architect to align scope and delivery, and document lineage and metadata in the central catalogue.
Your profile :
* You hold a university degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering or equivalent.
* You have experience in translating business questions into user stories, shared metrics, and acceptance tests.
* You have experience with modern analytics stacks, including SQL/Python, data testing/profiling, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI); you automate checks and reproducible workflows.
* You are a proactive team player who communicates clearly, aligns stakeholders on shared definitions, and documents ownership/lineage in the catalog.
* You act with ownership under change—customer-focused, curious, and relentlessly results-driven.
* You are highly effective verbal and written communication skills in English. A good knowledge of German and/or French will be considered as an advantage.
