About the Role
The Territory Manager will be responsible for liaising with current customers, establishing new customers and products, and conducting extensive travel in the region. This role involves day-to-day sales management, research on local markets, attending trade shows, and helping grow sales and product recognition.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with existing customers to identify new sales opportunities and increase revenue
* Develop and implement strategies to establish new customer relationships and introduce new products
* Conduct market research to stay up-to-date with local trends and competitor activity
* Attend and organize trade shows, presentations, and product trainings with customers
* Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
Requirements:
* Fluent English and French language skills; German is desirable; additional languages are considered an asset
* Previous experience in a similar sales or management role is preferred
* Strong organizational and negotiation skills, with excellent communication and presentation abilities
* Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on mentality and willingness to travel extensively
* Technical understanding of sales processes and industry trends
