As part of our commitment to innovation, we're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Strategy Consultant (m/f/d) to play a key role in the successful implementation and adoption of critical systems driving our workflows, working in close collaboration with the Global MarTech Manager.
Aufgaben
As Digital Strategy Consultant (Media Tech & Audience Strategy) (m/f/d), you will drive the connected strategy across media, data, technology and audience planning for Beiersdorf. You will help translate data and technology capabilities into actionable business strategies, ensuring marketing activities are insight-led, measurable and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop digital strategy roadmaps connecting data, technology and audience capabilities with business objectives
* Advise clients on digital transformation topics including media, e-commerce, AI, automation and data-driven marketing
* Lead audience and Connected ID strategies across markets and channels
* Translate complex data and technology concepts into clear business recommendations
* Collaborate closely with media, creative, data and technology teams to drive integrated solutions
* Support the deployment and adoption of GrowthOS and related media technology platforms
* Develop measurement frameworks, dashboards and insights to optimize marketing performance
* Contribute to thought leadership, innovation initiatives and strategic client presentations
* Act as a key link between Publicis Groupe capabilities and the Beiersdorf client team
Profil
* 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, or media planning within a media, or agency environment.
* Deep understanding of identity solutions, audience strategy, and data-driven marketing - including clean rooms, first-party data, and connected ID approaches.
* Proven experience in developing and presenting strategic roadmaps and thought leadership to senior client audiences.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, actionable recommendations.
* Experience working across media, creative, and production disciplines, with an understanding of how data connects to content and campaign delivery.
* Familiarity with enterprise MarTech ecosystems, including data infrastructure, identity resolution, customer intelligence platforms, and cross-channel audience activation capabilities
o knowhow in Publicis Groupe capabilities (e.g., GrowthOS, Epsilon, Connected ID) is a strong plus.
* Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across client and agency teams.
* Commercially minded, with the ability to build business cases and connect data strategy to revenue and efficiency outcomes.
* Fluent in German as well as good communication in English, both verbal and in writing.
