SAP FICO Architect (Contract) – Industrial Manufacturing

Our client, a leading organisation in the industrial manufacturing sector, is seeking an experienced SAP FICO Architect to support a large-scale SAP transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the design and architecture of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions within an SAP S/4HANA environment.
* Define and implement global finance processes, governance, and reporting structures.
* Design and configure Profit Centre and Cost Centre hierarchies aligned with business requirements.
* Lead the implementation of SAP Group Reporting for statutory and management consolidation.
* Collaborate with finance, controlling, and business stakeholders to ensure scalable and standardised solutions.
* Support SIT, UAT, cutover, and Go-Live activities.
Requirements
* 10+ years of SAP FICO experience, including experience in solution architecture or lead design roles.
* Proven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations within industrial manufacturing, engineering, or machinery manufacturing environments.
* Strong expertise in SAP FI, CO, Group Reporting, Profit Centre Accounting, and Cost Centre Accounting.
* Experience designing global financial structures, reporting models, and controlling frameworks.
* Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills.
* Experience supporting SIT, UAT, and Go-Live phases.
* Fluent English speaker; German language skills are highly desirable.
