Legal Counsel - Labour Law Our client is seeking a Legal Counsel (Labour Law) to provide strategic and operational support to senior management. This role serves as a central interface within the company, handling key administrative, organisational, and legal tasks while supporting process optimisation and project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Act as the direct liaison for the managing director, representing interests internally and externally. Independently manage task packages, allowing leadership to focus on core responsibilities. Organise, prepare, and manage meetings, events, and logistics. Prepare minutes, presentations, and reports, ensuring high-quality documentation. Develop and implement efficiency improvements in administrative workflows. Oversee vacation planning and facilitate the onboarding of new employees. Ensure labour law compliance, particularly for international assignments. Act as a project assistant, handling controlling and stakeholder communication. Analyse and provide recommendations for contract documents. Support internal and external communications efforts. Assist with administrative tasks related to customer projects. Your Profile: Completed commercial vocational training with several years of professional experience. Strong organisational skills with a structured and detail-oriented approach. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant tools.
