* Develop and further enhance the document management and forms management system.
* Collaborate actively in the document management project.
* Analyze requirements for processes to be implemented and select suitable implementation strategies.
* Adapt the system to meet the specific needs of the organization.
* Evaluate the functionality of interfaces to other systems.
* Design test scenarios for quality assurance and ensure correct system functions, including during version changes.
The ideal candidate will possess a completed relevant university education, experience in administration and customization of specialist applications, programming skills, and knowledge of Linux, Windows, relational databases, data protection, and IT security.
Key Skills and Qualifications
A strong educational background in computer science or a related field is required. Relevant work experience in administration and software development is highly valued.
Familiarity with database systems, web development frameworks, and version control systems is essential.
Prior experience with similar projects, proficiency in multiple programming languages, and knowledge of security best practices are also desirable.
