We’re seeking a people-loving, creatively driven Senior Influencer Coordinator to lead our brand's influencer collaborations across the DACH region. In this pivotal role, you'll be the connector between Shakti Mat and inspiring creators – building partnerships that feel good, do good, and help grow our presence across social platforms.
From spotting fresh talent to coordinating impactful campaigns, your eye for trends and talent will help us spread the Shakti mission in an authentic, community-focused way.
YOUR MISSION, SHOULD YOU CHOOSE TO ACCEPT
Research and advise on Influencer opportunities for the Shakti Mat brand on IG and YT, TikTok and bloggers
Negotiate and establish impactful Influencer co-operations.
Help grow our following on YT, IG & TT through these co-operations
Field DMs and emails from interested parties
Establish in-house methods for evaluating the effectiveness of each co-operation
Deliver a monthly analysis of our influencer activities
GOT WHAT IT TAKES?
You are fluent in German and comfortable creating copy in German
Influencer marketing is your cup of tea
You are a dedicated people-person and great at fostering relationships
You have built your career delivering outstanding co-operations with Social Media Influencers
You have the network and know-how to set up results-driven co-operations with high-profile influencers, as well as meaningful micro-influencer programmes.
You are well versed in all the latest Social Media trends
You understand how to make engaging content a reality
You are structured, reliable and self-motivated
You are genuinely interested in our product as well as ethical and sustainable consumerism
Our office language is English, therefore a very good knowledge of English is essential.
