YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. You act as an interface to the central IT department, to external service providers and receive inquiries from our employees,
2. You will assist our employees with all IT-related questions (1st-2st-level support),
3. You will be responsible for the installation, configuration and setup of hardware and software (Windows and/or Linux environment) and provide new employees with user training as part of our onboarding process,
4. In addition to user helpdesk support, you will also be responsible for device, account and license management,
5. Independent prioritization and escalation of tickets is in your hands, as well as the cooperation and further development of internal IT projects.
YOUR PROFILE:
6. You have completed training as an IT specialist in system integration or a similar qualification,
7. You have more than 3 years of professional experience,
8. You have good, practical knowledge of MS Windows (client, server & MS Office) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory, network and software distribution and ITIL.
9. Basic knowledge of VMware, VDI and VPN is desirable,
10. You enjoy supporting colleagues from different departments and like to take on a variety of tasks in a small team,
11. Good knowledge of German and English is a must,
12. A driver's license is required,
