Tasks
* Customizing von Plattformen und Entwicklung von Software-Komponenten
* Modultests und Unterstützung von Integrations-, System- und User Acceptance Tests
* Deployment von Systemen und Anwendungen
* Dokumentation von Systemen und Anwendungen
* Durchführung von 2nd Level Support
* Unterstützung bei Anforderungsanalyse und -dokumentation
* Unterstützung von Solution-Design (Fachkonzept und technisches Design) unter
* Berücksichtigung der Konzernstandards
* Unterstützung bei Beratung von internen und externen Kunden
* Unterstützung von Projektmanagement, Sales, CRM und Support
* Beachtung der aktuellen Verfahrungs- und Eskalationsprozeduren
Job profile
* Technischer Hochschulabschluss, vorzugsweise in Informatik oder einem verwandten Bereich
* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Implementierung von ECM- und EIM-Systemen
* Erfahrung mit modernen Software-Engineering-Prozessen, -Werkzeugen und -Methoden
* Gute Kenntnisse in Java/JEE, C#.net, XML-Technologien sowie SQL- und NoSQL-Datenbanken
* Starke organisatorische Fähigkeiten und betriebswirtschaftliches Verständnis
* Fähigkeit, strukturiert auch unter Druck zu arbeiten
* Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (C1)
* Bei Bedarf Reisebereitschaft auch innereuropäisch
