Tasks Design AI-first software solutions that address complex user stories, enabling robust, scalable architectures and efficient development workflows. Collaborate directly with stakeholders to develop innovative solutions to diverse business challenges. Interact with product managers and UX designers end-to-end to create the best possible solutions from a user and tech perspective. Owning whole development pipeline from technical design and development to deployment and production monitoring Collaborating with other developers on architectural design, code reviews and retrospectives Requirements Maintain an agnostic approach to programming languages and tools, always selecting the best technology for the task at hand. Bring hands-on, proven experience in leveraging AI tools to address real-world business problems. Proficient in working with Large Language Models (LLMs), deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and TensorFlow, and vector embedding workflows. Designed and implemented Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and other production-grade generative AI services. Experience designing and building agentic AI workflows, including multi-step reasoning agents, tool use, memory management, and autonomous decision-making systems.
