Job Overview
Maintaining, operating, and optimizing Red Hat OpenShift clusters is a critical role in our organization.
* Maintain worker and control nodes, namespaces, projects, and resource quotas.
* Apply patches, upgrades, and security fixes to OpenShift and its components.
* Implement monitoring, alerting, and capacity management of container platforms.
As a key member of our team, you will develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Ansible and ArgoCD, automate operational processes using Ansible, Python, or Shell scripting, and implement and maintain security policies, RBAC, and compliance baselines.
Requirements
We are seeking an expert in Red Hat OpenShift (v4.x) and Kubernetes architecture, with experience in Linux administration (RHEL or CentOS), knowledge of containerization, pod networking, operators, and storage classes, and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, GitOps, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC).
A strong understanding of networking, load balancing, certificates (SSL/TLS), and experience with monitoring & logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) is also required.
Additionally, analytical mindset, problem-solving ability, rigorous documentation, and good communication in English (French is an asset) are essential for success in this role.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent, and relevant certifications such as Red Hat Certified Specialist in OpenShift Administration (EX280) or CKA / CKAD (Certified Kubernetes Administrator / Developer).
