About the Role:
* We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Operations Coordinator to support our day-to-day operations in Luxembourg.
* This role involves providing administrative support to the General Manager Benelux, ensuring seamless execution of office activities.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Scheduling and organizing meetings, preparing agendas, and following up on action items with stakeholders.
2. Maintaining records and monitoring the implementation of decisions, while providing organizational support for activities.
3. Preparing business plans, communications, and other documents to ensure timely delivery.
4. Collaborating with various departments to gather information and meet deadlines for executing and improving office planning and control cycles.
