Oversee the development of scalable, reusable IP architectures to support long-term product roadmaps in the automotive domain
Provide technical leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, including design, verification, validation, and software teams
Drive functional safety compliance (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity compliance (ISO 21434) by defining and implementing robust mechanisms and processes
Represent the company in technical discussions with customers, partners, and industry forums, influencing industry standards and product direction
Monitor emerging trends and technologies in automotive microcontroller design, introducing innovative approaches to maintain a competitive edge
A Master's or PhD in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent field
At least more than 5 years of experience in system architecture, concept engineering, or microcontroller design, with extensive experience in the automotive domain
Strong leadership skills with experience driving large, cross-functional projects and mentoring teams
Fluent English skills with German as a plus
