As Head of Revenue Management (m/w/d), you will lead a team of 13 people to define and drive our pricing and yield strategy, balancing demand, capacity, and market dynamics to maximize performance across all markets. Further on within the leadership team of the commercial directorate you will lay the foundation of the future of revenue generation by also managing the transition into new technology
Tasks
1. Define and drive overall revenue management strategy across direct sales and tour operator business
2. Define pricing strategy (fares, ancillaries, fare structures
3. Monitor booking performance, demand trends, and market developments to steer revenue
4. Lead revenue forecasting and support budgeting and executive reporting
5. Identify risks (e.g. low-performing routes) and initiate corrective actions (pricing, sales, capacity)
6. Collaborate closely with Network Planning, Sales, and Tour Operator teams
7. Continuously improving RM processes, tools, and systems
8. Lead and develop a team of 13 revenue management professionals

Requirements
9. Strong experience in airline / travel / aviation commercial environment
10. Degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
11. 5+ years’ experience in Revenue Management, preferably in airline or tourism
12. Proven leadership experience and strong stakeholder management skills
13. Deep understanding of pricing, RM systems, and sales channels
14. Strong analytical mindset with a strategic perspective
15. Confident communication skills in English
16. Advanced MS Office skills (especially Excel & PowerPoint)
17. Excellent English and German communication skills
