Purpose
Provide service excellence to all Business Units & Markets through good understanding of their sales sample related business needs. Take responsibility for managing the sales samples process by monitoring purchase orders from placement through shipment until final sample availability and resolve issues accordingly.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as the samples coordinator, understanding core processes on a detailed level across for one or multiple product divisions, the related calendars and the various internal & external systems in use
* Execute all sales samples related daily activities incl. purchase order placement, purchase order management, initial communication and follow-up for all internal customers based on the defined service level agreement
* Create functional reporting for relevant stakeholders required to (pro-) actively steer the business
* Create and distribute seasonal order confirmation information to HQ based Marketing teams and Markets globally
* Address availability issues impacting sales activities, present potential scenarios to solve the situation (always in line with defined procedures & policies) and escalate when required
* Communicate effectively with Markets globally and different internal teams including Marketing, Sourcing Operations, Liaison Offices, IT, Logistics, Finance/Corporate Solutions and others

* Basic understanding of supply chain- and marketing processes, detail oriented
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (mainly accustomed to MS Excel & MS Access)
* Fluent in English
Qualifications
1. Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred
2. Equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be substituted for degree
3. Minimum 1 year of experience in supply chain management, operations or planning, preferably in the Accessories, Apparel or Footwear industries
