You will help drive our services and shape the future of our company.Contribute to the development and execution of the global strategy for the procurement consultancy practiceOwn client relationships and satisfaction levelsLead team efforts to ensure project and program objectives are achievedDevelop and coach team membersUnderstand client culture and needsIdentify new business opportunities and support expansion effortsManage multiple projects simultaneously with positive resultsDevelop sourcing strategies aligned with client goals and policiesInterface with clients to understand sourcing and procurement requirementsProvide sound recommendations for program objectives such as cost savings and transformationLead sourcing activities, RFQ events, auctions, supplier management, and negotiationsUse data sources creatively for fact-based recommendations and complex analysesDeliver presentations and communicate confidently with clientsWhat you should bring7+ years of management consulting experience or combined consultancy and industry experienceDemonstrated leadership abilityStrong client management skillsBusiness problem-solving skills with analytical and reporting expertiseExcellent presentation skillsPotential for business developmentWillingness to travel 30% of the timeKnowledge of business process improvement methodologies such as TQM, Six Sigma, APEX, etc. (a plus)Fluency in German (mandatory) #J-18808-Ljbffr
