Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in compensation and benefits, with excellent communication skills and project management expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement and adapt compensation and benefits processes
* Drive initiatives to attract retain and grow talent
* Analyze data and provide recommendations to support effective C&B programs
* Support the design of new processes and initiatives from concept to implementation
* Advising HR Business Partners and managers on compensation and benefits topics
* Conduct complex analyses in the area of pay equity
* Assist in the execution of a global project related to sales compensation
* Perform job evaluations and maintain the global job evaluation database
* Participate in annual processes particularly the Annual Salary Review and Global Bonus Plan
* Collect internal and external data and participate in benchmarking studies
* Prepare information sessions on compensation and benefits for employees and develop professional communication materials
Requirements:
* Degree in business administration economics law social sciences or a comparable field
* Professional experience in HR or finance within a company and/or consulting firm
* Professional knowledge in the area of compensation and benefits
* Excellent communication skills and experience in project management change management and stakeholder management
* Basic knowledge of modern HR management methods measures processes and programs
* Conceptual and analytical skills strong IT user skills especially in MS Excel
* Fluent in English German language skills are an advantage
