Job Overview
XAnge is seeking a Founding Sales Lead for a high-growth B2B SaaS startup in Germany. Backed by top European VCs, the company is experiencing strong traction and aims to scale its ARR from €50K to millions. This role offers ownership of a key market, building and leading a sales team from scratch, and shaping go-to-market strategies at an early, well-backed stage.
Responsibilities
1. Own the go-to-market strategy for Germany and execute it hands-on.
2. Manage the full sales cycle, focusing on mid-market B2B deals (€20K+ ARR).
3. Build and lead a local sales team (2 AEs, 2 SDRs).
4. Define scalable sales processes and performance metrics.
5. Develop strategic partnerships and represent the brand in-market.
Qualifications
1. 5+ years in sales, preferably in SaaS or B2B tech.
2. Proven ability to close mid-market deals and manage short sales cycles.
3. Experience in building and managing sales teams.
4. Strong understanding of the DACH region and its business culture.
5. Fluent in German and English.
