Your Responsibilities
* Ensure operational excellence across all Birkenstock stores in Europe and smooth day-to-day business operations
* Manage communication between HQ and stores, including prioritization and follow-up of all operational tasks
* Maintain and implement retail guidelines, policies, and standards to ensure a consistent brand presence
* Coordinate logistics, merchandise flow, POS processes, and store supplies to enable efficient operations
* Support stores with operational questions, analyze recurring topics, and optimize processes
* Promote the Birkenstock retail spirit and strengthen the retail community through exchange and best-practice sharing
YOUR PROFILE
* Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
* Hands-on mentality with strong execution skills
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills in international environments
* Experience in retail operations management with a strong focus on processes and quality
* Knowledge of logistics, POS processes, procurement, and budget management
* Very good command of Microsoft M365
* Very good written and spoken German and English; additional languages are a plus
