Responsibilities
Project Coordination & Planning
* Take overall responsibility for overseas energy storage projects from contract signing through final customer acceptance, ensuring effective control of project schedule, quality, cost and risks.
* Lead project initiation, planning, execution monitoring, risk identification and mitigation; organize regular project meetings and progress reviews.
* Track key milestones (factory acceptance, shipment, on-site installation & commissioning, and final acceptance), and coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-time delivery.
Cross-functional Coordination & Communication
* Coordinate closely with internal teams including Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, Procurement, Logistics, Commercial, Finance, Legal and After-sales to establish an end-to-end project execution framework.
* Act as the overall project owner, resolving cross-functional interface issues and ensuring transparency in project progress and efficient decision-making.
* Liaise with overseas customers, service providers, partners and third parties to ensure smooth communication and high customer satisfaction.
Delivery & Quality Management
* Organize and manage FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), SAT (Site Acceptance Test) and final customer acceptance to ensure delivery standards meet contractual and customer requirements.
* Establish and implement project quality control plans; lead issue resolution, corrective actions, risk reviews and closed-loop problem management to continuously improve delivery success.
* Monitor and control technical, material and schedule changes during project execution, ensuring changes are properly managed and project plans are updated accordingly.
Commercial & Risk Management
* Support the review of project quotations, tenders and contract terms with the sales team to clearly define project scope and delivery boundaries.
* Track invoicing, payment milestones, guarantees, acceptance and collections; coordinate with Finance and Legal teams to mitigate project risks.
* Identify commercial and contractual risks during project execution and propose preventive and corrective measures.
Process Optimization & Knowledge Management
* Drive the standardization of project management processes, templates and policies to strengthen the end-to-end delivery system.
* Organize project reviews and lessons learned, building a standardized project knowledge base to support continuous improvement.
* Provide feedback on project execution and customer experience to Sales and Product teams to support product optimization and market competitiveness.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Project Management, International Trade or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of project management experience in energy storage, power, PV, manufacturing equipment or EPC projects; experience delivering overseas projects is highly preferred.
* Solid understanding of energy storage system architecture and delivery processes, including BMS, PCS, EMS, containerized systems, and installation & commissioning workflows.
* Strong capabilities in planning, cross-functional coordination and on-site problem solving.
* Familiar with project management tools such as MS Project, Smartsheet, ERP systems and project tracking tools.
* Good command of English, with the ability to read and understand technical and commercial documentation.
