As an Business Partner (m/f/x), you will act as the key interface between business and IT. You will advise our divisions and companies on digital transformation initiatives and ensure effective business-IT alignment across the domain Customer Service driving efficiency and innovation.
1. Steer the development and implementation of business strategies in close alignment with executive leadership for the domain Customer Service from the IT perspective
2. Identify and evaluate new IT trends and technologies, to enable new business opportunities and drive innovations
3. Overlook the activities of all IT entities in the domain Customer Service
4. Contribute to transformation initiatives, and oversee the portfolio of demands, projects and services across the business domain Customer Service
5. Lead change management initiatives, applying structured methodologies and overcoming barriers and silos
6. Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders (including executive leadership) and facilitate decision making processes
7. Ensure compliance considering governance guidelines and risk management processes
8. Initiate and steer innovation and digitalization projects, assessing and proving new ideas, technologies and trends
9. Facilitate process workshops and ensure sustainable and transparent documentation
10. Mentor consulting resources and architects, fostering collaboration and professional growth
11. Represent the company at conferences, industry forums, and through thought leadership activities
Contributing your strengths: your qualifications
12. Degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable qualification
13. Several years of experience of IT Strategy & Consulting in a similar role (e.g., Business Consultant, Business Partner) in an international environment or larger mid-sized company in related business fields (Business domain Customer Service)
14. Proven experience managing complex task in global business environment
15. Advanced Problem-Solving skills with a holistic, technology-neutral perspective and enabling strategic clarity and cross-domain insights
16. Influence decision-making without formal authority through clear recommendations based on technical feasibility, cost-effectiveness, and business impact
17. Strategic Thinking & Business Understanding in the own domain
18. E2E (End-To-End) cross-functional thinking, mindset and solution conceptualization
19. Strong Communication skills & Stakeholder Engagement, especially with C-Suite level
20. Advisory and Facilitation (including Presentation) skills
21. Adaptability & Continuous Learning, stay current with industry trends and regulatory changes
22. Living in Germany (no sponsorship foreseen)
23. Fluent in German and English, any other European language B2 level is a plus
