For our client Airbus Helicopters Deutschland GmbH in Donauwörth, we are seeking a qualified PMO Support H145 (m/f/d) on a temporary staffing basis. In this key role, you will support the Contract Management Team in the planning and execution of customer contracts. Your tasks
9. Supporting the Contract Management Team in the planning and execution of customer contracts, including action tracking
10. Monitoring and controlling project plans while strictly adhering to budget, time and quality specifications.
11. Coordination of various specialist departments (especially engineering, production, service and support) as well as coordination with external project stakeholders
12. Raising awareness and rigorously tracking deadlines and deliverables to achieve project milestones
13. Creation of reports, dashboards and presentations for transparent display of the project status
14. Support for process optimization within the PMO environment
Your profile
15. Completed studies in the field of project management, engineering, industrial engineering, business administration or international management (at least Bachelor's degree)
16. Several years of professional experience (over 3 years) in aerospace and project management
17. Experience in the areas of manufacturing/production, design, customer service or technical documentation
18. Strong IT skills, especially in SAP, Google Workspace (G Suite) and MS Office; knowledge of Planisware is a plus.
19. Fluent German and English skills (absolute requirement)
20. High degree of self-organization, structured working style, and strong communication and coordination skills.
21. Experience working in international and multicultural teams
22. Willingness to undergo a security clearance (Ü2)
