Role descriptionWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support & Account Specialist to join our growing key account management team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our team and ensuring the smooth management of customer accounts. Your primary focus will be on guaranteeing best-in-class customer satisfaction, coordinating project & operations activities, and facilitating the flow of information between clients and internal teams.Your MissionSales Support : You assist the key account team with preparing proposals and managing client communication throughout the sales cycle. In that function you collaborate with Product Management and R&D and facilitate communication within the team. You support our key account team in organizing customer visits and business trips and are working closely with our Marketing and Finance team.Account Management : You supervise account activities and order fulfilment by our Customer Service team.
