To expand Placetel AI in the Netherlands, we are looking for a Market Development Manager who will build and grow the Dutch market from an early stage.

As Business Development & Sales Manager – Placetel AI Netherlands, you take ownership of market development and drive early customer traction by acting as the central link between the Dutch market and our internal teams. Working in close collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Marketing, you contribute to building and scaling our presence in an international environment.
Support customer acquisition in close collaboration with Sales and Presales teams
Accompany customers through onboarding, implementation and early adoption phases
Support scalable go-to-market processes for the Dutch market
Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing and Sales teams across countries
Experience in market development, business development, customer success or consulting
Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and spoken. Dutch is a must
German skills are a plus, not a requirement
Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach
Cultural sensitivity and solid understanding of the Dutch market
