About the Role
As a Business and Marketing Analyst, you will be at the heart of our regional commercial operations—supporting sales and marketing initiatives, coordinating events, managing financial processes, and working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
Marketing Support
1. Coordinate adaptation of marketing materials with EMEAI Marketing and regional teams
2. Support Territory Managers with customer-focused marketing requests
3. Manage event invitations and collaborate with external agencies
Event & Meeting Management
4. Organize congress participation (venue booking, stand setup, scheduling)
5. Support webinars, internal trainings, and team meetings
6. Maintain event platforms and assist the regional communication team
Finance & Audit Coordination
7. Liaise with tax specialists for month-end closing and audits (SOX, Compliance, etc.)
8. Manage supplier invoices and account balances in coordination with finance
9. Assist with customer repayments, invoice transfers, and document reviews
What You Bring
10. 12 months plus of relevant experience in customer support, sales admin, or event planning
11. Fluency in German and French; strong professional English is essential
12. Bachelor’s degree (preferred in Science, Business, or Marketing)
13. Strong analytical mindset with excellent prioritization and multitasking abilities
14. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
15. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environment
