The successful applicant will be responsible for:

* Ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget compliance
* Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, and subcontractors
* Organizing site meetings and documenting progress
* Creating cost estimates for new projects
Requirements:
* A completed degree or equivalent qualification in a related field (e.g., construction engineering)
* Several years of experience in a similar role would be an asset
* Strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and assertiveness
* Flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges
* A valid driving license (class B) is mandatory
