Job description You are a confident salesperson in the Telekom Shop team. During consultations, you impress customers with your understanding of their needs, using your specialist knowledge in a targeted manner and bringing our product world to life.
As a salesperson in the Telekom Shop, you will take on the following tasks:
* You will advise on and sell standard products and services
* You will clarify customer concerns
* You will process customer orders according to system specifications and take care of data maintenance
* You will support sales promotion measures in the region according to specifications
Requirements You have completed vocational training or have equivalent professional experience.
You also have the following knowledge and skills:
* Confident manner and enjoyment of sales
* Knowledge of the Telekom product range or willingness to acquire it
* High degree of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility, and resilience
* Willingness to adapt working hours to standard opening hours and customer frequency
* Well-groomed appearance
* Sales and negotiation skills
