This is a broad and high-exposure role—well suited for someone with deep knowledge of the automotive sector who is looking to expand their network and influence across a wide customer base. You’ll be working closely with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers, contributing to both commercial strategy and long-term customer partnerships as we introduce sustainable steel products into a historically conventional market.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and execute our sales strategy in the automotive sectorBuild, manage, and coach a diverse team of account managers servicing key automotive clientsDevelop and implement team-wide strategies to increase revenue, boost customer satisfaction, and drive operational efficiencyEngage in market intelligence activities focused on supply, demand, and pricing trendsManage and lead strategic contract negotiations with customersRepresent Stegra at customer meetings and industry events—travel is extensive, and partial remote work is possible based on locationOperate in a fast-paced environment that requires strong prioritization, creativity, and collaborationLocation: Sweden, Germany or NetherlandsRequirementsEducation & CertificationsMaster’s degree in business, engineering, or a related fieldExperienceAt least 7 years of experience in a commercial role (sales or procurement) in the automotive market, with strategic-level contract negotiation exposureMinimum 3 years of experience managing a commercial teamSkills & Personal QualitiesFluent in English; German is a strong plusExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsStrategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesConfident negotiator with high professional integrityProven ability to manage, motivate, and coach team membersDriver’s license requiredWhat we can offer youIf you are passionate about making actual change and having a positive impact on society and our planet, Stegra offers a unique opportunity to be part of a fun and professional team with high ambitions.
