As Senior Marketplace Manager, you are the strategic mind and operational driver of our international marketplaces. You are responsible for the overall performance, growth, and development of our presence on platforms like Amazon, OTTO, About You, Zalando & Co.
You define roadmaps, develop data-driven growth strategies, and take operational processes to the next level, with a clear goal: positioning Creamy Fabrics as a leading brand on relevant marketplaces.
You work closely with management, marketing, performance, and operations, building structures, processes, and teams that are scalable, efficient, and results-oriented.
You are not just an implementer, but a shaper, someone who recognizes market opportunities, sets priorities, and acts with a clear vision.
WHY YOU WOULD BE A GOOD FIT FOR US
* You have at least 3-4 years of experience in marketplace management - ideally in the fashion or lifestyle segment
* You have already taken on significant revenue responsibility and strategically built, led, and scaled marketplaces
* You are familiar with Amazon, SEO, repricing, CPC optimization & Co. inside out
* You are analytically strong, data-driven, and process-oriented, but never lose sight of the brand focus
* You bring leadership qualities, whether in mentoring younger team members or in managing internal and external stakeholders
* You think entrepreneurially, make decisions with impact, and approach issues proactively and solution-oriented
* You speak German and English fluently, you navigate confidently in international contexts and negotiations

YOUR IMPACT
* Development and implementation of a clear growth and expansion strategy for new platforms and countries
* Building, optimizing, and scaling marketplace structures and processes - from content to pricing to fulfillment
* Leadership and development of the marketplace team (operational control, coaching & prioritization)
* Close collaboration with marketing & operations to align traffic, conversion, and brand measures specific to marketplaces
* Performance analysis & business reporting: Deriving concrete recommendations for action from data and trends
* Responsibility for campaign and promotion strategies (pricing, deal events, launches, best seller management)
* Proactive expansion into new marketplaces, regions, and business models - focusing on efficiency, profitability, and brand consistency
