The Role EU Customer Fulfilment (CF) Process Engineers team is a group of operational leaders driving process standardization and continuous improvement for the EU Customer Fulfillment Network. The team works to improve the input metrics for each of the process paths by prioritizing and channeling the required resources among Process System Engineering (PSE), ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) PM, Central Ops, Launch teams, Operations Engineering, Reliability and Maintenance (RME) and many other Teams. Act as the primary point of contact for the ACES (Amazon Customer Excellence Systems) project rollout in the EU, ensuring seamless execution. *Project Management and Optimization Take on the role of project manager for internal PE (Process Excellence) initiatives and programs, such as managing the Top Hours project. Provide structured support and troubleshooting to site PEs, regional managers, and senior managers to facilitate effective PE project implementation. Offer remote and on-site support for key operational efforts like LEEP (Launch Excellence Execution Process), PCC (Process Control Center), and shift execution. *Contribute expertise and support for Kaikaku (rapid improvement) events. Own the generation of PE OP1 project intake for the specific process paths. Partner closely with the global BM (Business Management) team to establish and scale consistent process standards worldwide. About the team About the team The EU Process Excellence Team is a group of Process Engineers located all over Europe. GRUNDQUALIFIKATIONEN • Degree from an accredited institution • Proficiency in written and spoken English (Common European Framework of Reference C1) • Experience from Industrial Engineering, Business Process Engineering, Quality, Operations or Logistics • Strong professional experience with Lean, Six Sigma and Kaizen methodologies BEVORZUGTE QUALIFIKATIONEN • Proficiency in German • Previous experience in multi-country/cross regional CI environment • Project Portfolio Management experience • Relevant knowledge of change management and continuous improvement methodologies • Strong ability interpreting & communicating analytics and presenting to senior leadership, • Excellent communication skills and detail orientation • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment • Ability to motivate a team Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
