WHY THIS IS YOUR CHANCE: We are looking for a data-driven and experienced Marketing / Growth Manager to join our team and help lead our growth efforts. You’re ambitious, fast and have experience building and owning a full GTM strategy. You love the autonomy and are keen to build, own and deliver exponential growth in DACH and later expand into the rest of Europe/US. You will find creative ways for growth and like to run data-driven experiments. You will be a core part of shaping PULT's growth efforts, working hand in hand with our founders, sales and design teams. Tasks IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL Take full ownership of our top-funnel activities : from email marketing to website and SEA, driving continuous optimization and innovation Build and optimize outbound sequences with the best tools on the market and experiment with new strategies Explore and leverage the latest AI tools to improve efficiency and growth Lead channel testing to expand our reach and unlock new growth opportunities Work closely with business development and sales to achieve ARR growth targets Measure, quantify, and report on campaign and strategy performance Develop positioning, messaging, and GTM strategies and successfully launch new products to market Collaborate directly with our founders and play an active role in building the team Make sure PULT stands out loudly and clearly in the market Requirements 2–3 years of relevant experience in demand generation, online marketing, or growth, ideally in a B2B SaaS environment Strong skills in content creation and storytelling – you know how to craft email campaigns that grab attention and drive action Hands-on experience with HubSpot (CRM), Clay, Make.com or similar tools Proven ability to set up and automate outreach sequences Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment : entrepreneurial, fast learner, and resourceful Excellent organizational, project management, and prioritization skills Strong communication skills – written, visual, and verbal Fluent in German and English Benefits Competitive Salary (OTE 60-90k / year) Significant shares through our VSOP A clear path to grow into a full-time Head of Growth role Flexible working hours 30 days paid vacation public holidays Premium work setup (high-spec MacBook Pro) Free Wellhub membership for your health & wellness Hybrid setup: mainly based at our beautiful HQ in Hamburg - remote / homeoffice is possible whenever needed A small, ambitious, and insanely talented team Team culture: regular events, workshops, and an annual offsite to recharge & connect Let's rock this!
