Senior Logistics Coordinator – Pharma / Biologics (Consulting Project) Immediate availability required

For an ongoing
biopharmaceutical logistics project, we are currently looking for an experienced
Senior Logistics Coordinator
who can support daily logistics operations in a GMP environment.
Your Responsibilities Manage and coordinate
domestic and international shipments
of drug substance, drug product, samples and finished goods Prepare and review
import/export documentation
in accordance with international trade regulations Coordinate shipments with
freight forwarders, carriers and 3PL partners Monitor shipment status and ensure
timely delivery and proof of delivery (POD) Provide regular
status updates to internal stakeholders and external partners Perform
inventory transactions in ERP systems (SAP) Ensure proper
documentation, record keeping and audit readiness Support daily logistics operations in a
GMP / GDP compliant environment Collect and analyze logistics data and support the creation of
operational metrics and reports
Your Profile Degree in
Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration or similar Minimum
3–5 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotech logistics Strong experience in
cold chain shipping (biologics) Hands-on experience with
import/export processes Experience working with
ERP systems (preferably SAP) Familiar with
GMP / GDP environments Strong coordination and communication skills in international environments Fluent English required (German would be a plus)
Availability Immediate availability required Ability to support a
consulting project assignment
with a pharmaceutical client
