Microsoft 365 Endpoint Support Specialist
As a critical member of the IT support team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless Microsoft 365 (M365) endpoint solutions operation.
* Deliver advanced level 2 support on escalated incidents, resolving intricate issues and providing assistance with level 1 support during peak periods.
* Conduct regular reporting activities to the IT Support Coordinator, highlighting system performance and areas requiring attention.
* Offer expert end-user support for standard services, addressing requests and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
* Assist in the resolution of various support requests, ensuring prompt and effective issue resolution.
* Monitor system performance to proactively identify operational issues and perform system management tasks.
* Work on production servers/environments in a controlled, risk-aware manner, maintaining system stability and efficiency.
* Ensure information systems components operate efficiently, adhering to defined procedures and service levels.
* Collaborate with other Group IT entities to manage systems and applications, providing assistance and support as needed.
* Help end-users understand and utilize standard services and applications effectively.
* Implement solutions that meet business and IT infrastructure needs.
* Deliver high-quality support for all types of incidents, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Guarantee up-to-date operational procedures, monitoring, and support processes are executed as required.
* Participate in on-call 24/7 support for our critical infrastructure, ensuring seamless incident management.
