Right now, we are seeking highly qualified candidates to fill the position: Customer Facing Effectiveness Lead (m/f/d) About the role: CFE Lead is accountable for driving increased CF effectiveness and impact across all Commercial CF teams (SF, Account Managers and SMEs) The CFE Lead will do this by implementing International Standards across CF fundamentals such as Segmentation and Targeting; Activity Management; Territory Design and Management; KPIs and Analytics; MBOs and Incentives; and by translating, applying and actioning on advanced CF resources such as Promotional Response Analyses, STEM assessments, the expertise of the CF CoE, the International Customer Engagement Training team, and the insights of the Business Transformation Team and in close partnership with Country/Cluster Country President CFE lead will need to have ability to challenge and change the status quo to support business and countries achieve goals, along with engaging change management. CFE lead will have a seat within country extended LT to be able to learn about business / country needs and how find solution, leverage the organization to support successful and impactful CF teams’ effectiveness Successfully lead the adoption of Field Force Effectiveness standard s and best practice s across emerging markets consistent with international markets. Champion a consistent approach to recording all CFC activity, ensuring it is captured in line with the existing global standards for activity types. Ensure m arket data accuracy and timeliness Partner with CMO CF E E COE, Biopharma Ops, I IS to develop standard KPI and Score cards leveraging external benchmarks Create an agreed set of key FFE metrics Liaise with market president on tracking progress, milestones with aligned goals Partner with I IS to apply P romotional Response insights Lead the implementation and action planning on STEM assessments Be the single point of contact for the International CFE CoE team and proactively call upon their expertise when needed And identify gaps and areas of attention and work with the Commercial and Sales Leads, the CFE CoE and the Customer Engagement Training team to develop action plans to address Advance FF metrics to inform sales and marketing leadership insights to support areas of focus and coaching needs Provide feedback and insights to IDM CF Effectiveness Lead Feed key insights, actions and asks into IDM CF Effectiveness Lead Provide strategic guidance to market Monitor progress and success of priority areas Recommend focus areas based on data and insights from leaders and make recommendations for focussed country level goals. Challenge existing wisdom where there are opportunities to improve customer experience and impact, leveraging insights from customer experience measurement tools Ensure alignment between key stakeholder by providing regular updates to all stakeholders and driving key decisions in a timely manner Ensure optimal customer segmentation strategy and deployment across the market, enabling most effective customer engagement across brands Ensure market level insights are consistently shared with CFE Center of Excellence so that short and long term business priorities are reflected in ongoing strategy and plan P romote market level learnings Drive a l earn & a dapt culture and share insights across categories Ensure continued learning & improvement sharing best practice across market Identify areas of operational excellence to drive simplification and cutting of red tape Ensure CFCs have the tools, data and capabilities to support FFE Leverage data and best practice to optimize the use of existing CFC tools (such as VCC, RTE, etc.) Assess suitability of existing CFC tools for SME roles. Consistently Review existing CFC reporting solutions in the market to ensure CFCs have access to consistent and accurate reporting to support FFE. Partner with CMO CF E E COE and PLA to build FF capabilities, skills and knowledge to further effectiveness and value to HCPs B e accountable for delivery on CFC resource allocation mapping, this includes size and structure analysis, HCP targeting, customer segmentation, reporting, metrics and CFC optimization across inline/launch products CFC field force size and structure modeling and analysis the assessment and activation on HCP targeting, targeting prioritization and HCP segmentation (semesterly) Root cause analysis – diagnosis of gaps and recommendations to close Lead on Communication and socialization of above strategies to key stakeholders Target / financial setting methodology Support regions in creating target / financial setting approach to manage financial targets in line with brands strategies and geographical potential. Generate target achievability tracking for countries to measure performance of FF. Support countries in dynamic target setting to mitigate vacancies or any ad hoc issues that might impact territories SOV FF performance management proactive KPIs Forecasting FF performance to spot proactively performance gaps and support markets with plan of actions Leverage data analytics sites & hubs Leverage best practices from pilot markets leveraging data analytics for best practice sharing with markets and continuously support pilots for further improvements Communication and engaging forums Develop forums that engages customer engagement leads s to collect feedback, countr y support and for best practices sharing. Provide FF data pack on quarterly basis for country and regional leadership to be able take decisions supporting resources and performance Contract sales management performance Track KPIs and performance of Pfizer contracted sales in partnership with countries if service available Partner with DSR, I IS etc, to streamline reporting of data and KPIs from contract sales management partners / 3rd parties to ensure performance is tracked and proactively managed About You: Bachelor’s degree 10 years pharmaceutical experience with knowledge of the industry and healthcare environment Meaningful Commercial Leadership or Sales Leader ship Track record of strong networking and working collaboratively with others across functions – cross-functionally.
