Join our Analysis Instruments Software Department as a Software Architect at our headquarters in Bergisch Gladbach. You take technical ownership of our MACS iQ Analysis Suite, a Qt-based C++ application suite for in-depth analysis of imaging, sequencing, and flow cytometry data. You collaborate daily as part of a cross-functional agile team—including product owners, software developers, verification, and DevOps engineers—to develop and document software concepts and architectural designs. You leverage your deep technical understanding to drive architectural and design decisions, ensuring your guidelines are clearly communicated and consistently applied by the development team. You work closely with product owners and verification managers to guarantee that the software meets all requirements for quality, modifiability, extensibility and security. You contribute to continuous improvement of team performance and development processes, backed by your knowledge and experience.
