About the role

As an entry level Sales Executive at RX Global, you play a pivotal role in driving business growth and building meaningful relationships with our customers. Your mission is to deeply understand their unique needs and challenges, and to deliver tailored solutions that provide exceptional value. Through a value-based selling approach, you help customers achieve their business objectives by leveraging our world-class events and market-leading digital tools. By sharing your expertise and insights, you become a trusted advisor—bringing RX closer to the customer’s decision-making process.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing client briefs, producing client proposals, and obtaining sign-off

2. Supporting and educating sales teams in qualifying leads, ensuring high retention of clients and acquisition of new clients

3. Managing design and costings

4. Chasing and collating artwork or other client material we need to produce

5. Ensuring sales, proposed services, and budget trackers are accurate

6. Ensuring POs are raised, and supplier invoices are reconciled to POs

7. Ensuring designs fulfill client briefs and produces written technical specifications to match designs

8. Developing effective, collaborative partnerships with external vendors and ensuring excellent supplier performance while working on-site

Requirements:

9. Demonstrate expertise in an exhibition sales or operational position

10. Be enthusiastic with an excellent attitude and desire for learning and personal development

11. Have basic knowledge of supplier products ., AV, IT, graphics, etc

12. Be happy to travel to exhibitions in different places around the world

13. Be able to manage client briefs, produce client proposals, and obtain sign-off

14. Have excellent communication skills in German and English, attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
