Store Operations Manager
We're seeking a highly skilled Store Operations Manager to drive business growth and excellence.
* Drive sales, profitability, and key objectives through effective store operations
* Foster a high-performing team by recruiting, hiring, coaching, and retaining top talent
* Analyze daily sales trends to inform real-time strategic decisions
* Manage payroll and schedule adjustments to optimize productivity
You'll lead or rotate ownership of key areas such as Talent Development, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations to gain experience across the business. You'll also support omnichannel efforts through promoting our apps and social campaigns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Minimum age requirement: 18 years
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* At least 1 year of retail experience
* Local language fluency necessary; basic English proficiency a plus
