Responsibilities:
- Set up and monitor production equipment using predefined process parameters
- Determination of process parameters and creation of specifications for series production
- Responsibility for the shift in terms of performance and quality (process controls and approvals)
- Detailed documentation of samples and test orders in MS Office
- Testing new machines, technologies, tools and materials using experimental designs
- Active support of the PD, WT and OPS departments in projects, troubleshooting and troubleshooting
- Preparation for the series handover of test plants
- Various assembly and maintenance work
Qualifications:
- Completion of vocational training as a process mechanic for plastics and plastics Rubber technology or comparable training or qualification
- Very good technical understanding
- Willingness to learn new production-side skills
- Good IT skills
