Your tasks
10. Package creation: Independent creation of detailed job packages for the turnaround.
11. Scope check: Acceptance and checking of the scope of work for completeness; proactive feedback to the requester in the event of incomplete information.
12. Archive usage: Searching the TA tool or SAP for existing job packages and using them as the basis for new planning.
13. Documentation: Transfer of finalized workbooks to the TA scheduler and continuous updating of archived packages based on feedback from the executing trades.
14. Determination of requirements: Identification of internal/external resources (personnel, materials, tools, equipment, service providers).
15. Cost estimation: Preparation of calculations and obtaining cost estimates from partner companies.
16. Budget responsibility: Independent decision on acceptance or rejection of cost estimates within the defined financial framework or close coordination with the purchasing department.
17. On-site inspection: Obtaining information about the local conditions directly at the plant.
18. Process planning: Definition of the work steps in the TA tool, taking into account resources, test procedures and service provider assignments.
19. Interface management: Active participation in TA planning and schedule meetings; support for the Work Activity Coordinator and TA Coordinator as required.
Your profile
20. Education: Many years of experience in plant construction, ideally with a qualification as a master craftsman or technician (m/f/d).
21. Industry knowledge: Sound expertise in maintenance, with a focus on multidisciplinary projects in the petrochemical or chemical industry (preferably refinery environment).
22. IT skills: Confident use of planning software (e.g. Primavera or MS Project) and very good knowledge of MS Office applications and SAP.
23. Process understanding: knowledge of phase-based project execution structure and specific turnaround objectives.
24. Working style: High degree of personal responsibility, accuracy in documentation and assertiveness in communication with service providers.
25. Languages: Good knowledge of German; knowledge of English is an explicit advantage.
