To strengthen its sales department, ARHS Group, part of Accenture, is looking for a Medior/Senior IT Business Developer to support the growth of our business by acquiring new clients and managing existing customer relationships.
The role focuses on identifying business opportunities, opening new client accounts, and promoting Arηs Group’s IT services and technical expertise to support client projects.
Role & Responsibilities
* Identify and develop new business opportunities by acquiring new clients in the IT sector;
* Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and satisfaction;
* Understand client needs and propose tailored IT services and solutions, including the provision of developers and technical profiles for IT projects;
* Collaborate closely with internal teams (Sales, Recruitment, Delivery, and Marketing) to ensure alignment between client demands and available expertise;
* Prepare and support the creation of commercial proposals, presentations, and bids;
* Monitor market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify growth opportunities;
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the CRM system.
