Your Role – Make an Impact
As a (Junior) Claim Manager, you will play a key role in helping our project teams manage contracts and optimize outcomes. This role is perfect if you enjoy analyzing challenges, collaborating across teams, and contributing to solutions.
You will:
1. Support the management and resolution of claims, deviations, and scope changes
2. Analyze contract documents to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
3. Prepare clear documentation, reports, and negotiation materials
4. Collaborate closely with Project Management, Engineering, Procurement, and Legal teams
5. Contribute to claim management strategies and help implement best practices
6. Gain hands-on experience in national and international projects

Education & Experience
7. University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable field
8. Or completed commercial apprenticeship with advanced vocational qualifications
9. Additional training in project or contract management is a plus
10. Experience in a similar role is welcomed, but ambitious juniors are encouraged to apply
Skills & Strengths
11. Strong analytical and structured working style
12. Technical understanding and a business-oriented mindset
13. Excellent communication and collaboration skills in German and English (B2–C1)
14. Confident, solution-focused approach to challenges
15. Openness to regular travel within Germany and occasional international trips
