Your mission You will work with the GenAI team at appliedAI, a team of experts in GenAI use cases and technology to guide our partners in ideating and realizing most valuable use cases and transforming their own business into the GenAI age. We are seeking a highly motivated working student to support the investigation, analysis, and development of NLP/ LLM driven use cases and innovations topics (i.e. start-ups, emerging technologies, trends) together with our AI Strategist and AI Experts at appliedAI. Our vision is to support our industry partners getting insights into the latest NLP / LLM use cases and applications and create practical know-how transfers and use case libraries to support our appliedAI partner ecosystem. Your tasks will include: Support in research and development of state-of-the-art NLP / LLM use case ideation and prototyping Investigation and analysis of state-of-the-art AI use cases across industries and business domains, and comparison of differences at both a business and a technical level Research and analysis of the impact of state-of-the-art AI technologies and methods (e.g. Large Language Models, NLP, Computer vision…) on task and use case level Support in writing documentation, articles, and educational content to summarize all learnings and conclusions Your profile You are currently enrolled in Master studies in AI, data science, computational linguistics, computer science & engineering, business informatics or similar Know-how with AI technologies such as deep learning and natural language processing, demonstrated by concrete hands-on experience with projects on real-world use cases Strong problem-solving and analytical skills combined with structural, rational thinking habits. Familiarity with one or more data analysis and visualization tools Excellent reading and writing skills in English.
