As a Facilities Maintenance Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our organization's physical facilities. Your responsibilities will include performing routine maintenance tasks, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring that our facilities are safe, efficient, and well-maintained. Your attention to detail and technical skills will contribute to the overall success and efficiency of our operations. In this role, you will impact the functionality and safety of our facilities by performing essential maintenance tasks, addressing issues promptly, and ensuring that our facilities meet all regulatory and safety standards. Your work will help to create a safe and efficient environment for all employees and visitors. Key Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as HVAC system checks, plumbing repairs, and electrical troubleshooting Conduct inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs and address them promptly Respond to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues in a timely manner Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment inventory Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Assist in the implementation of energy-saving and sustainable practices Communicate maintenance updates and issues to the Facilities Manager and other stakeholders YOU MUST HAVE Minimum of Experience in facilities maintenance Strong knowledge of building systems and equipment Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues WE VALUE Associate's degree in Engineering or related field Experience with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
