Your tasks
10. They conduct the technical clarification with installation companies and the planning department and ensure the professional and timely execution of the installation.
11. They monitor compliance with all technical standards, guidelines and contractual obligations, including the complete documentation of all assembly progress.
12. They are responsible for ensuring compliance with legal obligations on site, particularly with regard to occupational safety, working time regulations and general supervisory duties.
13. They plan and control the entire construction site logistics in the assembly context and actively support the construction management in risk analysis and the development of measures for damage prevention.
14. They ensure quality on the construction site through continuous project management and play a crucial role in the project completion report and the analysis of lessons learned.
Your profile
15. They have a university degree or completed vocational training including further qualification as a technician.
16. They possess proven expertise in building technology, particularly regarding the installation and operation of refrigeration and ventilation systems.
17. Ideally, you can demonstrate sufficient experience in a comparable position as a section site manager or in operational site management.
18. They communicate confidently in German and English, both verbally and in writing, to ensure coordination with international project teams and companies.
19. They work in a structured and responsible manner, especially regarding compliance with safety standards and technical documentation on the construction site.
