Responsibilities:
* Deliver comprehensive patient care, including personal hygiene, medical treatment, and emotional support.
* Follow and implement medical instructions and prescriptions issued by physicians.
* Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date patient case records in compliance with healthcare standards.
* Administer medications safely and precisely as directed by healthcare providers.
* Ensure patient comfort and prevent complications by regularly repositioning patients and monitoring their condition.
Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing or GNM from a recognized institution.
* Minimum of 6 months of hands-on nursing experience in a clinical setting.
* Valid registration certificate from the Nursing Council.
* Basic proficiency in English for effective communication in a healthcare environment.
* Proven clinical skills in bedside nursing, patient assessment, monitoring, and care delivery.
Note: Training will be conducted offline in Hyderabad.
