In this role as Vendor Development Manager, you will be working with a dynamic and international team that’s primarily focused on supporting our vendors. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: Helping new vendors to onboard to our marketplace in Germany Support vendors on integrating via EDI, API or other interfaces to our system Driving results in a cross-functional environment Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace Serving as the first point of contact for vendor service escalations Contributing to the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes. You've got Good communication skills in German and English (essential). Team spirit and strong service & problem-solving mindset. Excellent written & verbal communication skills. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently. Tech-savvy, interested in learning more. Strong and proven relationship management skills. Any additional European languages would be beneficial.
