Manage the teamu2019s Cryptographic Libraries pillar, working with the pillar technical leads to define and execute on Googleu2019s cryptographic library needs. Work with other pillar leads to ensure that Googleu2019s cryptographic libraries are modern and secure, and support post-quantum cryptography and key hygiene practices. Establish relationships with other cryptography library managers at Google, ensuring the smooth collaboration between these library teams and ISE Crypto. Establish relationships with other Safe Coding managers and technical leads to explore collaboration and cross-team projects. Manage direct reports initially, taking responsibility for their needs and supporting their career development.
