Head of Marketing – Digital Assets
Our client is a regulated financial services provider bridging traditional finance and the crypto ecosystem. With cutting-edge infrastructure and a strong institutional client base, they offer financial services across Europe.
Responsibilities
* Own and execute the full B2B marketing engine – from strategy to hands-on delivery
* Manage the company’s digital presence (website, LinkedIn, paid ads) and ensure consistency across all channels
* Develop sharp sales materials, polish the corporate identity, and make sure everything looks and feels on brand
* Lead event planning and execution – from industry conferences to exclusive client roundtables
* Align closely with sales, product, and leadership to drive revenue-impacting initiatives
* Track, measure, and optimize – your campaigns don’t just look good, they perform
Your Profile
* 6–8 years of B2B marketing experience – ideally in financial services, fintech, or a top-notch agency
* You are an operational all-rounder – website relaunches, LinkedIn growth, event rollouts? Done it all
* You move confidently between strategy and execution – no task too big, no detail too small
* You’ve got a sharp eye for design, clear messaging, and brand consistency
* Fluent in English and German – and you’re not afraid to speak up
