Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and purchase IT equipment
* Maintain and repair mobile devices
* Install, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware devices
* Create and maintain documentation
* Manage user accounts in Active Directory and M365
* Provide user support for local plant operations
* Offer remote support within the company group
* Assist other IT teams in project work
Requirements:
* Vocational training as an IT clerk or equivalent
* At least 2 years of experience in a comparable position
* Proficiency in Office Applications, PC Systems, Server Operating Systems, Citrix, ADS, Client Server Technology, and ITSM Systems
* Good knowledge of spoken and written English and German
* Ability to work independently, strong communication skills, and problem-solving skills
